■ Profile
In 1977, Mitchell debuted as the lead vocalist for “LAZY”, a band that has shone brightly in the history of Japanese rock music.
They left in the music history songs as “Akazukin-chan Goyoujin” and “Dreamer”.
In 1985, he signed with Nippon Columbia Records, where he was introduced to anime and tokusatsu and sang “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA”, the theme song for the Fuji TV anime “Dragon Ball Z” and “Soldier Dream – Saint Seiya”, the theme song for the TV Asahi anime “Saint Seiya”, establishing himself as a representative figure in the Japanese anime song industry.
Currently, he participates in various projects as “Anison Artist” who handles lyrics, composition, arrangement, and production. He also leads the anime song singer unit “JAM Project”, expanding globally.
